Senior Tax CPA — Lead the Tax Department

In-Office | Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

This is not a routine CPA role. We’re looking for a senior, tech-savvy tax professional ready to lead a department, set standards, and build systems!

The Role

As a Senior Tax CPA , you will lead our Tax Department, oversee all tax work, and act as a trusted advisor to private companies, business owners, and domestic & international high-net-worth clients .

You’ll combine technical expertise, strategy, and leadership—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability across all tax operations.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and oversee all tax operations
Review and finalize business, individual, and trust returns (including amendments)
Provide strategic tax planning and forecasting
Ensure 100% accuracy, compliance, and quality control
Mentor junior accountants and improve tax systems & workflows
Partner with executives and sophisticated clients

What You Bring:

Active CPA license
8+ years of professional tax experience
Strong background in business, individual, and trust taxation
Experience with amendments and tax strategy
Tech-savvy mindset (systems, Excel, modern tax software)
Confident communicator and team leader
