Salary: $93,600 - 104,000 per year Requirements:

• Significant experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Practical expertise with Omnichannel setup and configuration
• Proficient in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows)
• Strong analytical and communication abilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions utilizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Implement and enhance Omnichannel features for improved customer interactions
• Configure and maintain Agentforce functionalities to boost agent efficiency
• Create scalable integrations and automation adhering to Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to convert requirements into effective solutions
• Maintain high standards of performance, security, and data integrity across Salesforce platforms
