Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support PO in the capture and analysis of end user requirements for consumer-facing data products in manufacturing operations.
- Engage with stakeholders across functions to identify operational needs, workflow challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and epics for the product backlog, ensuring alignment with manufacturing context and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to elicit high-value requirements and prioritize backlog items.
- Collaborate with technical SMEs to ensure accurate requirement translation and traceability throughout the development life cycle.
Skills:
- Requirements Engineering background required, certification preferred (e.g. CPRE).
- Knowledge of UML, BPMN required.
Education/Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience as business analyst / requirements engineer.
- Manufacturing industry experience required.
