Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, assisting them in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms.

• Understand clients' needs and financial abilities, proposing suitable solutions.

• Promote properties through various marketing channels, ensuring maximum exposure to potential buyers.

• Stay updated on market trends and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.

• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18
