Join an integrated health system focusing on team-based care as a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner working as a member of the dedicated Trauma & Acute Surgery team in Richland, Washington. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance and outstanding quality of life in sunny southeast Washington. * Full-time position * 161,12-hour shifts per year with schedule flexibility * Kadlec is a designated level II trauma center * Inpatient hospital and outpatient clinic hours * Responsible for covering some clinic as a part of 12-hour shift * 2 to 5 years' experience preferred * Compensation is between $134,024 and $174,609 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
