Fl Juice & Bowl Llc in Jacksonville & Atlantic Beach, FL is looking for one food prep to join our team. We are located on 815 Atlantic Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down workstation
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice fruit, vegetables, meat
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen organized

Qualifications

• Experience working in BOH position
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work both locations is preferred.
