Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-driven Event Planner to develop premium event menus, custom food packages, beer & liquor offerings, and elevated bottle service menus tailored for private events, promoters, nightlife activations, and special experiences.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong sense of luxury nightlife aesthetics, presentation standards, and modern hospitality trends.

Responsibilities
• Build signature event menus including food packages, small bites, special tastings, and themed offerings
• Build premium bottle service menus with luxury add-ons, mixers, celebration packages, and upsell strategies
• Curate beer, wine, liquor & specialty cocktail lists tailored for events and groups
• Create tiered event packages (e.g., VIP, Platinum, Celebration, Corporate, Birthday, Bachelorette, etc.)
• Work directly with chef and bar team to ensure menus align with brand identity
• Design visually striking PDF menus, Canva menus, and event-ready assets
• Optimize cost, GP margins, and event profitability
• Align offerings with the luxury nightlife aesthetic of H&H Cantina Lounge
• Collaborate with promoters, event planners, and managers for custom packages
• Track best-selling items and suggest improvements
• Keep menus updated for seasonal and weekly events
• (Optional) Assist with new cocktail development or bottle service presentations

Qualifications
• Strong experience in menu development, beverage programs, nightlife, or events
• Excellent understanding of luxury lounge presentation styles
• Ability to design menu layouts (bonus if experienced with Canva or PDF menu production)
• Strong understanding of liquor, tequila, mezcal, spirits, and bottle service standards
• Creative and trend-driven
• Able to work closely with chef and management
• Previous nightlife, bar program, or events background highly preferred
