365 Healthcare Services is looking to expand into the Chester County area and is looking to hire Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). If you do not have experience, it is not a problem. Each individual has unique needs, and we will pair you up with an individual that has similar interests and is in a geographical area that you are comfortable with. The individuals that we are working with have a diagnosis of Intellectual Disabilities or Autism. We especially have a need for part-time employees but will consider all applicants.Are you a kind person that has patience? Do you enjoy having a job that is not confined to an office? Do you enjoy helping people to learn skills that you and I may take for granted? Do you have a clean criminal background check? If you answered “yes” to those questions, then please consider checking us out. We will train you on all the specifics and you will be paired up with another, experienced DSP who will help you learn the job. We can provide the training, but in truth – if you are a kind person that knows a thing or two about life, we are interested in meeting you.
