About the Role:
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to assist with inbound and outbound communication, customer inquiries, and follow-ups related to promotions and services. This position supports customer acquisition and retention efforts through professional and friendly engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle questions, concerns, and requests in a courteous and efficient manner.
