Brand Ambassador – Join the zTrip Team!

Join zTrip as we continue leading the way in safe, reliable, and customer-focused transportation services. We’re looking for an energetic and community-minded Brand Ambassador to help promote our services, strengthen our presence, and expand our customer base.

Position Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador , you’ll be the face of zTrip in the community. You’ll engage with potential riders, represent our brand at events, partner with local businesses, and ensure people know who we are and why they can trust our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:

• Promote zTrip services through community outreach, events, social media, and in-person engagement
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
• Educate customers and the public on the benefits of choosing zTrip
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and market reach
• Support marketing campaigns and represent the company at promotional events
• Monitor community feedback and share insights with management
• Assist with basic reporting on outreach efforts and engagement results

Qualifications for a Brand Ambassador:

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or community outreach (transportation experience a plus)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with the public and representing a brand professionally
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to work independently
• Ability to travel locally as needed
