HBRE is the real estate division of FM. **Location:** This position is based at the **Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA** , supporting the **One Bistro Restaurant.** The property is owned by **Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC** , the real estate division of **FM** , offering a dynamic hospitality environment with strong organizational support. **Why Join Us?** One Bistro is a critically acclaimed, upscale casual dining restaurant. Our restaurant's success is driven by delicious, affordable, unpretentious food made from high quality, seasonal ingredients served in an atmosphere featuring beautifully lit, contemporary décor and open-kitchen energy. **Shift Hours** + **Primarily: Thursday - Sunday 4pm to 11pm** + **Flexibility required to work other shifts** as needed to support business operations **Holidays:** + This is a **24/7 operation** , so holiday coverage is required + **Christmas Day is the only exception** + Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner + Ascertains their dining/lodging needs, seats guests and manage the seating chart + Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow + Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner + Performs opening and closing duties, as needed + Taking and maintaining reservations and the guest information database on the Open Table reservation system + Taking/packaging to go orders + Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking and other tasks as needed + Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships + Cleaning and maintaining all menus + Write daily specials + 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. + Willing to stand or walk for extended periods. + Availability to work evenings and weekends, including holidays. **Education** + High school diploma/GED preferred The hiring rate for this position is $16.50 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
