Your New Role

• Assist licensed professionals in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks
• Learn and apply industry codes, trade practices, and safety standards
• Keep workspace organized and follow safety protocols
• Maintain equipment inventory and assist with truck organization
• Communicate effectively and work as a team player
• Attend training sessions for skill enhancement

Requirements

• Open to learning all trade departments (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
• Drug-free with a clean criminal record and valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 50-75 lbs. and work in various environments
• Customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and adherence to safety procedures
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Hi, I’m Kerry Adkins, the president of OnTime Service. Thank you for your interest in
our company. If I may, I’ll tell you a little more about OnTime Service and about how
we work to serve our customers.
My father, George Adkins, began the business in 1975. Eight years later, I joined him
as an apprentice electrician. For almost four decades, we focused primarily on
residential electrical service, repair and construction. In 2014, we began a heating
and cooling division. In November 2016, we started offering plumbing services to
our customers. We have worked in thousands of homes and hundreds of
commercial projects in Alabama.
