RMC is hiring All-Source Intelligence Analysts, SME’s to support USSOCOM. The selected applicants will be responsible for performing as a part of a team on intelligence support services around the globe. These operations aim to protect and promote U.S. policies against both state and non-state actors. USSOCOM requires a long-term intelligence support program to provide comprehensive, actionable intelligence for its SOF units. This includes increasing analytical and security personnel to meet the high demands of sensitive operations.

Duties may include:

• Travel CONUS and OCONUS (CENTCOM Area of Responsibility, AFRICOM, INDOPACOM, and other Combatant Commands as needed).

• Researching, developing, and presenting intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.

• Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, as well as interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.

• Demonstrate level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, production of high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations) and the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the below qualifications.

• Some ASIA billets will be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI  (DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access eligibility) is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• Eight (8) years of all-source intelligence analyst experience at the full performance level, with five (5) years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
• Three (3) years of experience and knowledge in intelligence support to special operations.
• Three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
• Demonstrate experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
• Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
• Demonstrate superior proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.
• Must possess knowledge at the _ tactical and operational levels _ and be capable of performing all-source intelligence analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
• The applicant selected may be subject to a skills verification administered by the Government.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $102,000 to $214,000 (annually).
