We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic All-Inclusive Travel Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking all-inclusive vacations that fit their preferences, budgets, and travel goals. From luxury resorts to family getaways, youll ensure every detail is handled with care creating stress-free and memorable experiences for travelers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and helping others explore the world.
Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences, desired destinations, and travel needs.
Research and recommend all-inclusive resorts, cruise packages, and destination experiences.
Coordinate all aspects of client travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transfers, and excursions.
Manage booking confirmations, travel documents, and itinerary updates.
Provide accurate, timely information about travel policies, destination requirements, and resort amenities.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
Stay current with travel trends, resort updates, and industry best practices.
Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple bookings and client requests efficiently.
Comfortable with computer systems and eager to learn travel booking software (training provided).
